No. You pay nothing to Bay Energy. The installer pays us a referral fee once your system is booked. Your price stays the same, or better.
So how do you make money?+
Installers pay us a referral fee for sending them well-matched, ready-to-go customers. Because we bring them volume, your quote is competitive, not inflated.
Who is GreenIOT?+
GreenIOT is our CEC-certified installation partner in NSW. They handle design, installation and sign-off using authorised FoxESS hardware to NSW standards.
Do I have to apply for the rebate myself?+
No. The NSW Cheaper Home Battery rebate is deducted up front at the time of install — there's no paperwork or waiting for you to manage.
What if I already have solar panels?+
That's fine — most of our work adds battery storage to existing solar. Tell us what you have and we'll match an installer who can integrate it cleanly.
